Offshore Installation & Decommissioning

COES brings and applies decades of accumulated experience from offshore engineering and project management to the planning and execution activities for each of our installation & decommissioning projects undertaken for our clients. We possess a world-class fleet including “Chuang Li”—DP3 self-propelled crane vessel with 4,500 tons lifting capacity, “Wei Li” -- DP2 self-propelled crane vessel with 3,000 tons lifting capacity, DP2 diving support vessel “Shen Qian Hao”, multi-function floating crane “Ju Li” with 700 tons lifting capacity, Crane barge “Da Li Hao” with 2,500 tons lifting capacity.

COES has 300&500m saturation diving system and other auxiliary equipment such as 3000msw work class ROV, cable laying equipment and submarine trenching equipment. All of these provide a solid base for our global offshore installation & decommissioning services. 

In 2000, we lifted and installed 2250 tons and 2400 tons jackets for CNOOC at BoHai Bay which was the most weight in East Asia offshore installation by then. During 2006--2010, “Da Li Hao”  provided jacket & modules lift and installation services in Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei. After delivered in 2010, 3000 tons crane vessel “Wei Li” has done a lot of installation project in Southeast Asia, Gulf of Mexico and the Middle East. In 2013 “Wei Li” has lifted 2910 tons module for PEMEX and be awarded for her excellent performance. 

After so many years’ development and services, COES has established and maintained  good relationships with clients such as CNOOC, CACT, ConocoPhillips, Shell, BP and Chevron since 1980s.
